1. Packaging and Dispatch:

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging of items to prevent damage during transit. This includes using appropriate packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, or padding.
  • Items must be dispatched within 24-48 hours after they are sold, in accordance with the specified processing time set by the seller.

2. Shipping Address:

  • Sellers must provide an accurate shipping address based on the buyer’s details provided during checkout. Any errors in the shipping address may result in delays or non-delivery of the item.

3. Postage Costs and Processing Time:

  • Sellers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the delivery of their products. It’s important to calculate shipping costs based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package.
  • Sellers must specify the processing time accurately to manage buyer expectations.

4. Compliance with Regulations:

  • Sellers are required to comply with all the delivery regulations applicable to the shipment. This includes adhering to any restrictions or requirements for shipping certain items to specific regions or countries.

5. Shipping Method:

  • Sellers are responsible for selecting and arranging a suitable courier service for the buyer’s order. This may involve choosing a reliable courier company with a track record of timely deliveries and good customer service.

6. Tracking Information:

  • After dispatching the item, sellers must promptly upload all tracking-related information from their Seller 360. Providing tracking details allows buyers to monitor the delivery status of their order and helps ensure transparency throughout the shipping process.

7. Shipping Cost:

  • The shipping cost will be borne by the seller. Therefore, sellers are advised to accurately calculate shipping fees based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
  • It’s important to factor in all relevant expenses, including courier fees and packaging materials, when determining shipping costs.

8. Item Weight Calculation:

  • Sellers must accurately calculate the weight of each item for shipping purposes. The item weight will be determined based on its actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. This ensures that shipping charges are calculated correctly and reflect the true cost of shipping the item.

9. Volumetric Weight Calculation:

  • To determine the volumetric weight of the package, sellers can use the Volumetric Weight Formula: Length x Width x Height (cm)/5000. Volumetric weight calculations help ensure accurate shipping charges, especially for lightweight items that occupy a large volume.

10. Responsibility for Shipping Charges:

  • Sellers are fully responsible for all shipping-related charges associated with the delivery of their products.
  • This includes courier fees, packaging materials, and any additional costs incurred during transit. Sellers should factor these expenses into the overall pricing of their items.

11. Quality Assurance:

  • Sellers must take all necessary precautions to ensure the quality of packaging and handling to maintain the integrity of the products during shipping. This includes securely packaging items to prevent damage, labeling packages clearly, and adhering to best practices for handling fragile or delicate items.

12. Policy Changes:

  • Showshul reserves the right to change or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Sellers are encouraged to regularly review the policy to stay updated on any revisions or amendments

By opting for self-ship, sellers acknowledge and agree to undertake full responsibility for the shipping process, including timely dispatch, accurate labeling, compliance with shipping regulations, and covering all associated shipping costs.
