Seller Cancellation & Return Policy
At Showshul, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent buying experience for our customers. To maintain the integrity of our platform and uphold high standards of service, we have established the following cancellation and return policy for sellers:
Cancellation:
Some of the cancellation affects the business of both, the seller, as well as Showshul. If the buyer places an order and cancels it within 24 hours before dispatch, the full amount has already been paid by the buyer; the full amount is refunded to the buyer. Even the tax is automatically reversed. However, in certain cases the cancellation charges will be applicable from the seller account. In such a scenario, below charges may occur-

How to prevent such cancellation charges?
To avoid cancellation charges, sellers are advised to take the following measures:
- Maintain Accurate Inventory: Keep stock records up-to-date to prevent accepting orders for items that are not currently in inventory.
- Ensure Timely Delivery: Deliver top-quality products promptly to minimize returns and cancellations, thereby improving seller ratings on seller360 and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Seller cancellations do have an adverse impact on the seller and Showshul. A seller, in order to improve their ratings on seller360, as well as to increase customer satisfaction, should put in all efforts to ensure that returns and cancellations are minimized by delivering top quality products well within the time frame.
Return:
There will be two types of return:
- Courier Return: When a buyer refuses to accept the order, resulting in its return without delivery.
- Buyer Return: When a buyer returns the item after delivery due to reasons such as receiving the wrong product, different color, different size, etc.
In certain cases the cancellation charges will be applicable from the seller. In such a scenario, below charges may occur-

Canceled returns-
If a buyer contacts you directly to cancel a return request, ask them to cancel it through their Showshul account. You will get an email when customers cancel pending requests.
Seller Return Policy-
All the products sold on Showshul should be brand new & 100% genuine. Showshul return policy covers the Buyer against damaged, defective and not as described products.

The following reason can be possible for return by buyer.
- Buyer received a wrong/incomplete item
- Buyer received a damaged item
- Buyer received a defective item
- Buyer received an item that does not match its description
- The product arrived too late
- Buyer change his mind or no longer want the item
- The item doesn’t fit as expected
- Buyer made a wrong selection during the purchase
- The item is no longer needed or wanted by buyer
- Buyer simply do not like the item after receiving it
Items are eligible for Free Return and seller will be responsible to pay the return cost, if-
- Buyer received an incorrect item.
- Buyer received a damaged item.
- Buyer received a defective item.
- Buyer received an item that does not match its description.
- The product arrived too late. (After 7 days following the originally expected delivery date).
Items are not eligible for levy refund fee & seller will be not responsible to pay return cost, if-
- Buyer change your mind or no longer want the item.
- The item doesn’t fit as expected.
- Buyer made a wrong selection during the purchase.
- The item is no longer needed or wanted.
- Buyer simply do not like the item after receiving it.
Showshul reserves the right to modify or update its cancellation and return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Showshul platform. We encourage users to review the policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or amendments.
