Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation-

At Showshul, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility to our customers while also ensuring fairness to our sellers and partners. Please read this policy carefully to understand the cancellation process, time windows, and any applicable fees.

1. Cancellation Window:

Customers can choose to cancel an order within 24 hours (at any time before it is dispatched). The dispatch time may vary depending on the product category and the seller. We recommend checking the product page or order confirmation page for specific information regarding the dispatch time.

2. Out for Delivery:

Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled. However, customers have the option to reject the delivery at their doorstep if they wish to return the order.

3. Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation of orders may be subject to fees in certain cases. If the specified cancellation time window has passed, and you still wish to cancel your order, a cancellation fee may be charged. If you cancel the order after dispatch the order, the cancellation fees & postage cost (if any) will be applicable. The details of these fees, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page, and they will be considering final. Below are the cancellation charges.

4. Repeated Cancellations:

If the buyer has a history of frequently cancelling orders without valid reasons, a cancellation fee might be imposed to deter such behavior.

5. Seller Cancellation:

In rare instances, a seller may have to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders. We strive to ensure that our customers are inconvenienced as little as possible in these situations.

6. Showshul’s Discretion:

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order cancellation request. Additionally, we may choose to waive off or modify the cancellation time window or cancellation fee case to case basis. These decisions will be made at our discretion, with the aim of providing the best possible service to our customers.

We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product, and we are committed to making this process as easy and convenient as possible. 1. General Returns Policy:

Showshul have 30 days return policy, while the specifics of the return policy may differ from one seller to another, the following are some general guidelines that may apply:

Return Eligibility: Products may be eligible for return within a specified time frame, as determined by the seller. Buyers bear the responsibility for the return postage costs. Please check the product page for information on the return window.

Product Condition: Returned products should be in their original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and tags intact, unless otherwise specified by the seller. In the event that the item is returned in a condition deviating from its original state, the buyer is obligated to cover any resulting decrease in its value.

Return Reasons: Most sellers accept returns for reasons such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products. However, some sellers may have additional return criteria, so please review the seller’s return policy for details.

Refund or Replacement: Depending on the seller’s policy and your preference, you may be offered a refund, replacement, or exchange for the returned product.

2. Returns Scheme & charges:

Returns on our platform are provided by respective sellers directly. Each seller may have their own return policy in terms of which they offer options for exchange, replacement, and/or refund. The specific return policy for a product is determined by the seller, and it may vary from one product to another.

3. Variation in Returns Policies:

Please note that all products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Different sellers may have different terms and conditions for returns. Therefore, it is essential to review the returns policy provided on the product page of the item you intend to purchase. The returns policy mentioned on the product page will prevail over the general returns policy in case of any discrepancies.

4. Seller Contact and Instructions:

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow the seller’s specific instructions provided on the product page. You may need to contact the seller directly to request a return, and they will guide you through the process.

5. Showshul’s Role:

Showshul acts as a facilitator between customers and sellers to ensure a smooth return process. We do not determine the return policies for individual products; these policies are set by the respective sellers.

6. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of any disputes or issues related to returns, we are here to assist you in resolving the matter to the best of our abilities. Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Checklist for return pick up:

The following will be checked during the return pick up-

  • Correctness of box: Brand, model number, serial number, color, design size
  • Completeness of box: All accessories and accompanying freebies
  • Undamaged product: Product should not be damaged (dents, cracks, scuff, scratches etc) due to customer abuse
  • Packaging: Product original packaging must be preserved undamaged.

The following products return will not be possible for buyer:

  • Categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies and personal hygiene.
  • Customized order is non-returnable and non-cancelable.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Product damaged because of use.
  • Product received is not in the same condition as seller shipped to the buyer.
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Digital Product is non-returnable and non-cancelable.

Items are eligible for Free Return, if-

  • You received an incorrect item.
  • You received a damaged item.
  • You received a defective item.
  • You received an item that does not match its description.
  • The product arrived too late (After 7 days following the originally expected delivery date).

Items are not eligible for levy refund fee, if- 

  • You change your mind or no longer want the item.
  • *The item doesn’t fit as expected.
  • You made a wrong selection during the purchase.
  • The item is no longer needed or wanted.
  • You simply do not like the item after receiving it.

*If the item doesn’t fit as expected the below information Showhul may ask from buyer.

Measurement Details: Specific measurements to illustrate sizing concerns.

Product Tags and Labels: Images of tags, labels, or packaging for authentication.

Communication History (if any): Screenshots of relevant buyer-seller communication.

Proof of Return Shipment (if any): If authorized, evidence of item return, such as a tracking number.

Condition Verification: Documentation or images showing the item’s original condition.

In these cases, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund value once the item is received by the seller.

If the returned item exhibits signs of use, damage, or is missing any components, or if it incurs damage during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging, the seller reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund value to cover the loss in the item’s value.
