Showshul Creator Credit Policy

1. Overview

This policy outlines the credit allocation, usage guidelines, and obligations for creators participating in Showshul’s influencer marketing program. The policy is designed to provide clear guidance on how up to £250 in credits will be granted, utilized, and monitored.

2. Credit Allocation based on existing social media

• Tier 1: Creators with 2,500 – 4,999 followers and a 1%+ engagement rate on any social media platform. They are eligible for a budget of £50 – £100 to purchase items for content creation.
• Tier 2: Creators with 5,000 – 9,999 followers and a 2%+ engagement rate on any social media platform. They are eligible for a budget of £100 – £200 to enhance their content creation efforts.
• Tier 3: Creators with 10,000+ followers and a 2%+ engagement rate on any social media platform. A personalized meeting is scheduled to discuss a tailored budget and collaboration opportunities.
• Tier 4: Creators with 25,000+ followers on any social media platform are offered custom partnerships, including higher budget allocations, paid promotions, collaborative product lines, and exclusive event access, emphasizing the strategic value of their collaboration with Showshul.

3. Credit Distribution

Initial Credit Allocation:

• Upon approval into the program, creators will receive an initial credit of £50. This credit is granted to facilitate the first purchase of items from Showshul’s platform, which will be used to create and showcase User-Generated Content (UGC).
• The initial credit is intended to encourage creators to begin their collaboration with Showshul and to test the platform’s offerings, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to create high-quality content.

Subsequent Credits:

• Following the successful publication and approval of the first UGC, creators will be eligible for additional credits. These subsequent credits are also issued in £50 increments.
• Each installment of £50 will be credited to the creator’s account only after the previous UGC has been posted, reviewed, and approved by Showshul’s content management team.
• This process ensures that credits are only awarded to creators who are actively producing content, maintaining a continuous engagement between the creator and Showshul.
• Credits will continue to be awarded until the total amount reaches the maximum credit limit applicable to the creator’s tier, upto £250.

Total Credits:

• The cumulative credit a creator can earn is capped at £250. This amount is structured to support ongoing content creation efforts while incentivizing creators to remain active and engaged.
• The tier a creator falls into will determine the speed at which credits can be accumulated, as higher-tier creators may have more frequent UGC publishing opportunities.

4. Usage of Credits

Purpose:

• Credits are strictly for the purchase of items available on Showshul’s platform. These items should be selected with the intent of incorporating them into UGC that aligns with the creator’s content style and audience preferences.
• The use of credits is monitored to ensure they are being used for their intended purpose: to enhance the quality and authenticity of the content being created.

Time Frame:

• Creators must publish their UGC within 30 days of receiving each credit instalment. This time frame ensures that content creation is timely and relevant, reflecting current trends and interests.
• If the content is not published within this period, the creator will no longer be eligible for additional credits until the required UGC is posted.
• The 30-day window also helps maintain a consistent flow of new content on Showshul’s platform, benefiting both the creator and the marketplace.

5. Obligations & Penalties

UGC Creation:

• Creators are contractually obligated to create and post UGC within 30 days after using the credits to purchase items. Failure to do so will result in Showshul raising a bill equivalent to the credit amount used.
• The bill will be calculated based on the value of the credits that were allocated but not utilized as agreed. This clause ensures that creators remain committed to producing content in exchange for the financial support provided by Showshul.

Monitoring:

• Showshul will actively monitor the posting of UGC and the use of credits to ensure compliance with the policy. This includes tracking deadlines, reviewing content quality, and verifying that credits are being used as intended.
• Monitoring is in place to protect both Showshul and its creators, ensuring a fair and transparent process. Creators who consistently meet or exceed expectations may be eligible for additional opportunities, such as feature placements or promotions.

6. Additional Terms

Contractual Agreement:

• By accepting the credits, creators agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This agreement is legally binding and forms part of the broader collaboration agreement between the creator and Showshul.
• The agreement emphasizes the creator’s commitment to producing high-quality content in exchange for financial support, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.

Termination of Credits:

• Showshul reserves the right to terminate the allocation of credits if a creator fails to comply with the terms of this policy. This may include repeated failure to post UGC within the stipulated time frame, misuse of credits, or any other breach of contract.
• Termination of credits may also occur if a creator’s engagement rate falls below the required threshold for their tier, or if their content no longer aligns with Showshul’s brand values or goals.
