Seller Refund Policy

1. Factors Affecting Refund Amount: 

  • Condition of the Returned Item: The refund amount may vary based on the condition in which the item is returned. Sellers reserve the right to assess the returned item’s condition to determine the appropriate refund. 
  • Duration of Ownership: Refunds may be affected by the length of time the customer had the product in their possession before initiating the return. This factor may influence the eligibility for a full or partial refund. 
  • Original Payment Method: Refund methods and timelines are determined by the original payment method used for the purchase. Different payment methods may have varying processing times for refunds. 

2. Refund Processing Time: 

  • If the buyer chooses to receive a refund after returning the item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the return before the refund is issued. 

3. Refund Methods and Timeframes: 

  • Credit Card: Refunds to credit cards typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect in the buyer’s account. 
  • Debit Card: Refunds to debit cards may take up to 10 business days to appear in the buyer’s account. 
  • Showshul Gift Card: Refunds to Showshul gift cards are processed immediately and refunded to the buyer’s gift card balance. 
  • Prepaid Credit Card: Refund timeframes for prepaid credit cards vary by issuer and may take up to 30 days to appear in the buyer’s account. 
  • Reward Points: Refunds in the form of reward points may take up to 5 business days to be credited back to the buyer’s reward point balance. 

4. Issuing a Refund: 

  • A refund can be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by the seller. 
  • If the seller allows the buyer to keep the product, a refund can be issued immediately. 

5. Return of Product: 

  • If the seller requires the return of the product, the buyer must wait until the item is received by the seller before a refund is issued. 
  • Upon receiving the returned product, Showshul will promptly process the buyer’s refund within 48 hours. 

6. Monitoring Refunds: 

  • To ensure a positive experience for buyers, sellers are encouraged to actively monitor refunds and ensure the timely delivery of the correct order. 

7. Policy Changes: 

  • Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the seller. Any updates or modifications to the policy will be communicated to sellers and buyers accordingly.
