TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRENDTRIBE PROGRAM

Welcome to TrendTribe by Showshul 

By participating in the TrendTribe program offered by Showshul, a part of Crimsonbeans Ltd (Company Registration Number: 14038309), you (“Creator”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

Please read these terms carefully. By clicking “Accept” or by participating in the TrendTribe program, you agree to these terms. 

1. Program Overview 

Showshul offers eligible content creators shopping credits of up to £250, based on the Creator’s social media following, to purchase products from the Showshul platform. In exchange, the Creator agrees to create and post User-Generated Content (“UGC”) featuring these products. 

2. UGC Requirements 

  • The Creator must create and post UGC, including but not limited to product reviews, unboxing videos, or behind-the-scenes content, within 30 days of receiving the product(s) purchased with the shopping credits. 
  • UGC must be posted on platforms designated by Showshul, including but not limited to Showshul’s website and social media channels. 
  • As part of the promotion, the Creator agrees to post the UGC on their personal Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok accounts, tagging Showshul’s official social media accounts. The UGC should also include a mention of the Showshul platform. 

3. Obligation in Case of Non-Compliance 

If the Creator fails to submit and post the UGC within 30 days of receiving the product(s), the Creator is required to pay the full retail value of the product(s) received using the credits. 

4. Invoicing and Payment 

  • Showshul will issue an invoice to the Creator for the full retail value of the product(s) if the UGC is not posted within the 30-day period. 
  • The Creator must settle the invoice within 15 days of its issuance. 

5. Debt Collection and Credit Impact 

  • If the Creator fails to clear the invoice within 15 days, Showshul (Crimsonbeans Ltd) reserves the right to transfer the matter to a debt collection agency. 
  • Non-payment may result in the involvement of a debt collection agency, which can negatively impact the Creator’s personal or business credit rating. 

6. Termination and Revocation of Credits 

  • Showshul reserves the right to terminate the Creator’s participation in the TrendTribe program at any time if it deems the Creator to be in breach of these terms. 
  • Shopping credits provided under this program cannot be transferred, resold, or used for any other purposes outside of purchasing products from Showshul. 

7. Intellectual Property 

  • By submitting UGC, the Creator grants Showshul a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the UGC for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Showshul shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Creator’s participation in the TrendTribe program. 

9. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

10. Agreement 

By clicking “Accept,” the Creator acknowledges having read and understood these terms and agrees to be bound by them.
